MEET THE FOUNDER
Zach founded The Brooklyn LLC. to bring executive-level coaching to leaders at every stage — combining emotional intelligence frameworks with practical, real-world accountability. His approach is shaped by years of partnering directly with executives and teams navigating growth, transition, and change.
Today he works with individual leaders and organizations alike, and leads development of Solomon, an AI coaching companion built to extend that same practice between sessions.
